Big congratulations are in order for Rhian Hall, Deputy Manager at Plessington Court, who has successfully completed her Level 4 Diploma as a Lead Practitioner in Adult Care RQF! This significant achievement marks a major milestone in Rhian’s professional development and strengthens the team at Plessington Court.

The Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Apprenticeship is a rigorous work-based learning program designed to cultivate the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for leadership roles within the health and social care sector. As Rhian herself explains, “This course was for people like me, who are in training for positions of Middle Management, and are leading teams within Health and Social Care.”

This accomplishment wouldn’t have been possible without the dedicated support of Keith, Manager, and Laura, Quality Lead. They provided invaluable mentorship and guidance throughout Rhian’s journey, ensuring she had the tools and resources necessary to succeed. Their commitment to Rhian’s growth reflects Plessington Court’s dedication to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Rhian’s success is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and passion for providing exceptional care. We are incredibly proud of her achievement and look forward to seeing her continued growth and leadership within Plessington Court!

Rhian said “The last 18 months have been intense, the journey has been one of fierce determination and self-discipline. I have learned and developed so much in a short time, I am certainly more confident and self -assured. The team at Plessington have been amazing, even when they haven’t realised what some of the exercises were, they have gone through the motions and emotions with me and have been a constant source of support. This has been an amazing opportunity given to me by Cathrina and Keith, which has given me a thirst for further knowledge. Watch this space, here I come!”
