Chapel House Admiral Nurse Referral Form
To enable more people to access specialist support, Chapel House Care offers a weekly Admiral Nurse drop-in session Mondays (excluding bank holidays) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
This welcoming space, held at GIFT Café in Puddington, provides an opportunity for families, staff, and carers from the community to speak with an Admiral Nurse, ask questions, and receive compassionate support in a relaxed setting.
