I cannot praise the staff enough at Chapel House. They care for my family member with kindness and dignity. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. They are always smiling and cheerful. My family member is extremely well cared for. It truly is a ‘home’.

My mum has lived at The Chapel House for a few years now. The care she has received has been brilliant. As a family, we can sleep soundly knowing she is being well looked after and look forward to our visits. We’re always greeted with smiley, caring staff who are just as supportive to us as they are to my mum. A real home from home. Every respect for all the staff there who work tirelessly to play a role in mums care that we simply couldn’t. Thank you!

My husband has been a resident in the Chapel House for over 14 months so far and I have nothing but praise for this nursing home.  The staff are extremely caring towards him, as well as offering support to my family and myself, welcoming us at any time. Apart from excellent nursing care, my husband is offered a variety of well-being activities and a lovely new sensory garden to enjoy. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and staff work hard to get to know each resident to ensure their general well-being.

I think the care and support the home provides is really fantastic and I feel confident that my mum is still getting the excellent care that has previously been provided.

I think the communication to relatives has been very reassuring and I'm glad we are still able to receive updates about my mum during this difficult time.

I'm more than happy with the care and support the home have given us and mum and can't thank them enough for what they are doing! It's lovely to see the residents doing lots of activities too! All stay safe you're doing an amazing job thank you.

You are doing a fantastic job, other friends and family report [other homes] that they are not offered telephone calls etc, Chapel House staff are definitely going the extra mile 🙂
