I am an accomplished project manager with 25 years proven experience working with the Ministry of Defence in Project Management. A hard working individual who’s flexible and intelligent approach in HR and Finance ensured my role working with The Salvation Army in the Homelessness sector developed inter-personal skills, able to motivate and manage in a rapidly changing environment. As a highly adaptable office manager, demonstrating this flexibility and commitment has brought me back to the Wirral and Chapel House Care. I find myself working with a dynamic and visionary team. Each day brings new and changeable parameters. Managing a rapidly changing environment is challenging but rewarding. Chapel House Care is a very special Care Home. I am proud to be a team member.
